HOW TO WIN A SLAM DUNK CONTEST

3. More vertical jump. Don’t become overly confident and stop doing the vertical jump exercises. You will lose all the progress that you’ve made if you only focus on the style of your dunk. Once you think you’ve reached your goals and perfected your vertical leap, KEEP working on it.
With the right vertical jump, style, and yes, the right vertical jump you can be on your way to winning dunking contests and fame and glory. Well as long as the dunking contest consists of more than you and your friend at your hoop. Just keep at the simple exercises that will improve your leg muscles making your vertical jump come more easily and naturally. Track your progress and you’ll be improving in your vertical jump before you know it!
