JUMPSOLES WORKOUTS
Jumpsoles are weighted platforms that attach to your shoes. Although they were initially designed for basketball players, they are becoming quite popular amongst athletes in all sports, particularly volleyball and track and field.
Jumpsoles are designed to build the calf and “fast-twitch muscles fibers,” which are the main muscles responsible for jumping. When an athlete straps the Jumpsoles to their sneakers, it forces them to walk on the balls of their feet. (There is also an additional balancing ball attachment, which forces the user to balance their weight on a sphere the size of a golf ball.)
Athletes who use Jumpsoles can increase their vertical leap by 5-10 inches in just a few weeks.
