There are many plyometric drills for basketball, but here are some basic ones. The easiest is to just stand in one place and jump as high as you can. Reps of this will help you. Another easy one is to get a box placed in front of you. There are special plyometric boxes made for this, but any box as long as it is about a foot high by 3 feet long and can hold your body weight will work just as well. With both feet toegther jump onto the box, then step carefully down. Repeat.
