Great post,
Resisted sprint training is a very useful method for developing speed and acceleration. Parachutes are a popular choice. But remember, they are not the only choice.
Other resisted sprint training methods include: sled pulling, hill sprints, weighted vest sprints and harness sprints.
The trick is finding out which methods are most suitable for your requirements.
